Clients usually ask this before they ask about anything else. The honest answer is that it depends on your skin, your age and your habits, but there is a general pattern.
When results show
HIFU prompts your body to build new collagen, and that takes time. Some people feel a little tighter within a few weeks. The visible change usually builds over about two to three months.
How long they last
Collagen is not permanent, and skin keeps aging. Many people see their results last roughly a year, then fade gradually. Sun exposure, smoking and sleep all play a part.
Keeping results going
Daily SPF is the single most useful habit. Some clients repeat HIFU about once a year; others space it further apart. We will suggest a schedule based on how your skin responds.
A fair expectation
HIFU is a gradual firming treatment, not an instant lift and not a replacement for surgery. We take before photos so you can compare at three months.
